About the Role
The Team Member Plus position is centered around the value of 'Getting Stuck In' by operating flexibly across multiple resort departments to enhance the guest experience. This role offers variety, including responsibilities such as cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, and participating in sports & activities, food service at restaurants and quick-serve outlets, buffets, bars & retail shops, or the fairground during the rest of the week. Occasionally, duties may overlap across more than one department.
Apprenticeships are offered alongside this role, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. More information can be provided during the hiring process.
About You
This role seeks enthusiastic individuals who are energetic, eager to learn new skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. Prior experience is not required; the primary qualities valued are a positive attitude, willingness to engage actively, and a real passion for delivering great guest experiences.
New hires receive a thorough 90-day induction plan along with a buddy system for support and guidance. Those interested in a hospitality career will gain significant practical insight across guest-facing areas.
Candidates holding any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply: FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes training, or NCPLH personal licence qualifications.
