Team Leader

We seek a Team Leader to oversee shift-based teams and ensure the seamless execution of the production plan according to established performance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations while maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety standards.
• Lead shifts by applying VPO tools and principles to meet the production plan efficiently and within budget constraints.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and autonomous operations to optimize production processes.
• Monitor production activities to align with financial budgets and interpret production plans for shift execution.
• Build and sustain positive relations with both customers and suppliers.
• Enhance team functionality by fostering effective dynamics, implementing performance management practices, and facilitating communication.
• Maintain administrative processes, including employment conditions, budgeting, financial performance monitoring, and Short Interval Control reporting.
• Develop personnel, ensure positive industrial relations, and uphold company people policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive & Power, or Electrical Engineering.
• Successful completion of the AB InBev Packaging Traineeship program.
• Experience managing high-speed packaging lines is strongly preferred.
• Track record of disciplined work ethic and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
