Role Overview

We are seeking a lively, well-organized, and client-centric Studio Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at the reception and address walk-in inquiries efficiently.
• Organize artist schedules, manage appointments, and maintain the studio calendar.
• Respond quickly and professionally to client messages via WhatsApp Business, Instagram direct messages, and phone calls.
• Process basic billing tasks, manage cash flow, and log daily expenses accurately.
• Ensure the front desk and surrounding areas remain clean, inviting, and maintain a positive ambiance.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi or Kannada; proficiency in Kannada is particularly advantageous for interacting with local clients.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and fundamental spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication abilities, courteous phone manners, punctuality, and adaptability to a creative tattoo studio setting.
• Experience ranging from fresh graduates to up to 2 years in front desk, hospitality, retail, or salon operations; excellent communication skills may substitute for experience.

Compensation

The monthly salary package ranges between 20,000 to 30,000 INR.
