Overview
The Talent Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective functioning of talent acquisition processes. This position combines analytical expertise, HR technology proficiency, and process enhancement, with responsibility for overseeing the TA Support team to manage all tasks involved from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Key Duties
- Optimize hiring workflows from job posting to employee onboarding to guarantee a positive and efficient experience for candidates.
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Support team, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and hiring compliance is maintained.
- Develop and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures to promote consistency and operational efficiency.
- Act as the lead administrator for applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms, ensuring smooth technology operations.
- Automate and improve workflows by leveraging Power Apps and SharePoint tools.
- Identify and implement recruiting tools that increase process effectiveness.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, recruitment pipeline status, and recruiter productivity.
- Utilize visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio to report on hiring data.
- Assess and uphold data integrity across multiple recruiting systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations departments to align recruitment support with organizational objectives.
- Communicate recruiting updates and analytics to leadership teams.
- Conduct training sessions for recruiters and TA Coordinators on systems and process enhancements.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, including recruiting tool providers and background check services, to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- More than 6 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment analytics, or HR technology fields.
- At least 2 years managing teams focused on recruiting or HR operational functions.
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS software platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Apps and SharePoint for workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and skill in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Prior exposure to multi-location, healthcare, or growth-centric environments is advantageous.
