Role Overview

This role offers a great opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives on relationship building, talent identification, and fostering an excellent candidate journey from initial contact through hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for high-volume healthcare job openings and other designated roles.
- Utilize diverse recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to seek and engage qualified candidates.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring demands.
- Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and offer guidance throughout recruitment.
- Schedule interviews and ensure prompt communication with candidates and managers.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Keep track of recruitment activities and accurately document candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide status updates on hiring progress as required.
- Participate in hiring events, virtual recruiting initiatives, and related talent attraction efforts.
- Promote Savista’s employer brand on social media and other recruiting platforms.
- Adhere to all relevant employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.
- Work closely with Human Resources and internal partners to support recruitment projects and ongoing process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- At least two years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Minimum of one year recruiting experience focused on high-volume hiring, preferably in healthcare administration or revenue cycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a remote team setting.
- Dedication to providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruitment experience in healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare administrative specialties.
- Proficiency with Workday Recruiting or comparable applicant tracking platforms.
- Professional human resources certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity
Savista must comply with state-specific salary disclosure laws. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000, varying based on geography, experience, certifications, and skills.
