Key responsibilities

• Reach out to recruiters and HR professionals and support them through registration and job posting steps.
• Follow up with recruiters to encourage account activation.
• Connect with job seekers and guide them in finishing their profiles.
• Assist candidates with resume uploads and applying for suitable openings.
• Walk users through platform features and handle simple queries.
• Keep CRM interaction records accurate and up to date.
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Achieve daily activity and onboarding targets.

Required skills and qualities
