Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Supervisor role involves overseeing and managing the labor workforce at client locations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations. Responsibilities include maintaining daily attendance logs, preparing manpower reports, and assigning tasks to laborers according to on-site needs. The supervisor will coordinate with clients to address manpower requirements, handle complaints, and provide updates on operational matters. Regular site visits to monitor worker performance, discipline, and productivity are required. Resolving labor-related issues promptly on-site is a vital part of the job. Additional duties include assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of new laborers, maintaining office records like attendance, worker details, salary information, and other documentation, as well as verifying overtime records and supporting payroll processing.

The role also includes ensuring proper use and upkeep of company uniforms, identification cards, and related assets, maintaining effective communication among management, clients, and workers, and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management. The supervisor must enforce compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and work standards, while managing emergency manpower needs efficiently by providing quick solutions.

Additional Information

The candidate will report to the Operations Manager or Business Owner. Work locations include office settings and client sites, requiring frequent field visits to supervise labor activities.
