Role Overview

Within Revolut, the Operations team addresses large-scale challenges with speed, accuracy, and creativity, focusing on system design to enhance efficiency and support global expansion. The Strategy & Operations Manager will play a key role in further scaling operations and expanding the company's reach internationally by leading impactful projects, refining processes, and elevating customer experiences based on insightful data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve scalable systems to sustain Revolut's rapid growth trajectory.
• Lead and implement critical infrastructure initiatives within the organization.
• Identify priority projects for the team and establish efficient timelines to achieve objectives swiftly.
• Investigate and integrate new features to enhance the customer journey.
• Oversee important vendor relationships and develop performance monitoring frameworks.
• Form strategic partnerships within the supply chain and negotiate commercial agreements.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold at least a 2:1 degree from a reputable university.
• Possess two or more years of professional experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate practical programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Have proven experience managing and driving complex projects to completion with a strong sense of ownership.
• Skilled at deconstructing complex problems into manageable sub-tasks.
• Enjoy working extensively with data and insights.
• Exhibit curiosity and a strong motivation to make a significant impact.
• Show an interest in the financial sector.

Preferred qualifications:

• Background in fintech or banking industries.
• Experience in launching banking-related products.
