About the Role
Ethos is collaborating with a pioneering AI research lab to engage seasoned strategy consultants. This role involves guiding the development of advanced language models by providing real-world expertise in creating, evaluating, and refining professional presentation materials and slide decks. The aim is to train the AI system on fundamental consulting workflows such as market entry analysis, commercial due diligence, growth strategy animations, competitor benchmarking, and executive presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review presentation materials, ensuring alignment with high-level consulting standards
- Assess and enhance AI-generated slides across various consulting scenarios
- Deliver feedback to improve storyline development, research clarity, and visual communication
- Utilize deep slide production skills to elevate the quality and effectiveness of deliverables
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years' experience at a tier-2 or boutique strategy consulting firm (e.g., Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, L.E.K., Accenture Strategy)
- Advanced proficiency in crafting powerful storylines and synthesizing research into compelling slides
- Mastery of PowerPoint with meticulous attention to visual detail and written expression
Additional Information
- Compensation is $80 per hour, with potential to earn up to $1,600 per week.
- Flexible workload ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week, or more if desired.
- The position is fully remote, allowing you to set your own schedule.
