About Nutrien Water and Role Overview
Nutrien Water, a division of Nutrien Ag Solutions, is Australia's leading water management company focusing on providing efficient irrigation systems for parks, gardens, and residential spaces. Our local mission is to simplify water irrigation solutions to support local tradespeople and communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Storeperson to join our Forrestdale branch in Western Australia.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting various administrative duties including stock management, dispatching goods, and managing deliveries.
- Receiving and unloading stock from delivery vehicles safely.
- Operating forklifts efficiently and responsibly within the warehouse.
- Verifying and recording stock entering and leaving the store.
- Ensuring branch display shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards at the site proactively.
- Handling counter sales using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and policies.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience supporting a busy team environment is essential.
- Must hold a valid driver's license; forklift license is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain high operational standards.
- Good communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.
- Ability to empathize and resolve customer issues quickly and thoughtfully.
