Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations and staff of a Minimalist store in the UAE. Your role extends beyond management to direct customer engagement, embodying the brand's philosophy of building lasting relationships rather than simply selling products. Understanding each customer's unique needs enables you to recommend products that best meet their preferences. Every visitor is valued, whether they intend to purchase or are window shopping.
Store Operations and Sales
- Manage daily activities including opening, closing, staffing, and supervising the sales floor.
- Take full ownership of sales performance on daily, weekly, and monthly timelines.
- Drive key sales metrics such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and units per transaction by actively overseeing floor operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring product availability, correct pricing, and proper stock handling.
- Uphold high store standards including visual merchandising and overall presentation.
- Monitor stock movements, conduct counts, and handle documentation rigorously.
- Implement robust loss prevention measures and promptly investigate stock discrepancies.
Customer Experience
- Lead by example through active presence on the sales floor to enhance customer experience.
- Manage interactions with VIP customers and resolve complex client situations effectively.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional luxury service experience each day.
- Collect and respond promptly to customer feedback at the store level.
Team Leadership
- Oversee daily team management including scheduling and delegation of tasks.
- Set clear expectations and daily priorities for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address issues swiftly.
- Foster a positive, energetic work environment that motivates staff.
Training and Development
- Ensure successful onboarding of new employees and familiarity with store protocols.
- Provide ongoing product knowledge updates and sales coaching.
- Reinforce service excellence and fundamental sales skills on the floor.
- Identify training needs and communicate them to the Retail Manager.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing luxury retail stores within the UAE, preferably in watches or jewelry sectors.
- Educational background ideally including a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Preferred certifications in sales, management, or project management from recognized institutions.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic with outstanding communication abilities.
