Role Description

As a Delivery Expert, you'll be the vital link ensuring our pizzas reach customers quickly and in perfect condition. Your positive attitude, punctuality, and effective communication will help deliver a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Navigate maps efficiently to reach delivery destinations within your designated area, including multi-level buildings and private residences while carrying products.
• Perform individual and team tasks efficiently under pressure, including data handling, decision-making, and adhering to quality standards.
• Participate in inventory tasks such as stocking ingredients and completing associated documentation.
• Answer and process telephone orders promptly to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct accurate cash handling and arithmetic operations, including making correct change.
• Utilize computer systems and equipment such as keyboards, touchscreens, and foot pedals proficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Remain standing for the majority of the shift.
• Walk on various surfaces including ceramic tiles and linoleum with work surfaces ranging between 4" and 36" in height.
• Assist with unloading bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times a week.
• Occasionally perform physical movements such as crouching, squatting, bending, and using stairs.
• Use hand-eye coordination for tasks like shaping dough, handling pizza tools, and folding pizza boxes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years with a valid driver's license.
• At least one year of valid driving experience.
• Access to a properly insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Passing a motor vehicle record check that meets company requirements.
