Key Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and related areas.
Properly disposing of trash throughout the facility.
Managing cleaning supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
Performing other assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The position entails working with potential moderate risks, requiring safety awareness around machinery, chemicals, and other hazards. Use of protective equipment such as masks, gloves, goggles, or shields may be necessary. Physically, the role demands moderate exertion including standing for long periods, moving outdoors, reaching various heights, and handling equipment weights of at least 50 pounds, either assisted or unassisted.
