Stocking 2 Team Lead

Position Summary

As a Stocking 2 Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting and leading backroom and unloading activities, addressing challenges, and mentoring team members through training. You'll ensure exceptional customer service while completing tasks efficiently.

Key Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting all customers warmly, guiding their product selections, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately.
• Assist in managing task coordination and priorities as assigned by the Stocking 1 and 2 Coach along with Store Management.
• Evaluate the condition and presentation of the backroom, identifying issues and implementing necessary merchandising or stocking improvements.
• Lead daily communication by conducting the Team Huddle at shift start, updating the team, setting objectives, and monitoring productivity.
• Secure high-value items and ensure all access points are locked as needed, completing daily security audits.
• Collaborate with the People Lead to review completed staff schedules.
• Conduct area inspections with the Coach and associates to spot training opportunities, provide instruction, and give constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company safety policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring fixtures are stable.
• Carry out administrative tasks in GTA/Workday systems and support management as required.
• Work closely with Coach and People Lead in performance management, associate development, and recruitment activities.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $19.15 per hour.
