Welcome Break is seeking a Store Supervisor to join their Starbucks location at Peartree, Oxford OX2 8JZ. This role offers the chance for an immediate start with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring excellent customer experiences at a busy site.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Lead and motivate the team by setting an example during shifts.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Support daily running of the store effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in retail or catering.
- Ready to progress into leadership or already experienced as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ambitious with a desire to advance a career in management.
