Staff Nurse

Role Overview

Within inpatient wards and units tailored to address comprehensive acute needs in a recovery-centered setting, this role promotes a supportive environment encouraging staff growth and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed nurse will collaborate within the Physical Health Team at the Forensic Inpatient service to enhance and provide a broad spectrum of Primary Care Nursing Services. This will involve upholding the highest standards of primary healthcare aligned with Trust policies and national physical health initiatives in the Bay Network, especially at the Guild Lodge site.

The post requires working as a Clinical Leader by assigning duties and managing team responsibilities according to operational demands.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must be Registered General Nurses demonstrating clinical leadership abilities and relevant experience within clinical environments. Experience or readiness to engage in chronic disease or long-term condition management is essential.
