Position Summary
We are searching for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET frameworks combined with strong competencies in Agentic AI development and contemporary AI technologies. This position involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable AI-driven applications that integrate autonomous or multi-agent workflows within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, enhance, and maintain stable, high-performance web applications using C# and .NET ecosystem.
- Design and implement AI-enabled agentic systems leveraging large language models, orchestration tools, and API integrations.
- Develop autonomous/semi-autonomous agents for workflow automation, decision support, and conversational interfaces.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to specify, develop, and deploy new capabilities.
- Create and optimize database schemas and queries for both SQL and NoSQL data stores.
- Produce high-quality, maintainable code adhering to best practices and testing standards.
- Develop unit tests and participate in code quality assurance activities including reviews and debugging.
- Design RESTful APIs and microservice architectures supporting scalable solutions.
- Work effectively with client-side technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular or React.
- Integrate AI service providers such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI within applications.
- Maintain documentation covering technical specs, AI workflows, and system design.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of full stack development experience in C# and .NET frameworks like ASP.NET and .NET Core.
- Proven experience in Agentic AI including creation of AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows.
- Proficiency with large language models such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic.
- Experience in prompt engineering, context management, and using orchestration frameworks including LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or equivalents.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI principles and real-world deployment.
- Strong unit testing skills utilizing frameworks like NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cosmos DB.
- Experienced with front-end scripting and frameworks: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular or React.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Comfortable with source control and CI tools like Git and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience working with behavior-driven development tools like SpecFlow or Cucumber.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure, for AI and ML deployments.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embedding techniques, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Background in healthcare IT or enterprise workflow automation is advantageous.
