Role Overview

• Work collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team consisting of backend engineers, frontend developers, and product specialists to ensure outstanding user experiences.
• Manage the entire feature development cycle from initial design and architecture to deployment in production environments.
• Maintain and enhance a multi-platform production application focusing on data quality and improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing and managing production frontend systems.
• At least 2 years working with React and TypeScript in production codebases.
• Proven capability to make sound technical decisions in complex systems balancing scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with collaborative development tools and workflows such as Git, code reviews, and shared code ownership.
• Practical use of LLM coding assistants integrated within daily development processes.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Bonus: experience with headless design systems and styling frameworks like PandaCSS or Tailwind.
• Bonus: proficiency with Python and Node.js.
• Bonus: exposure to recent LLM technologies such as Sonnet, GPT, and Qwen.
• Bonus: prior work experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must hold a valid EU work permit.
