Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be based full-time at Annamar Clothing's Coimbatore location. This role requires planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity. Key responsibilities include managing daily posts, interacting with followers through comments and messages, and enhancing content effectiveness through Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.

Collaborating closely with internal teams, the manager will assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, and overall brand awareness efforts. They will monitor and analyze social media metrics to generate reports on performance and suggest actionable improvements. Additionally, keeping up with trends related to baby wear and fashion and maintaining an organized content calendar aligned to marketing objectives are essential parts of this position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Social Media Marketing and SMO techniques to grow and sustain brand presence on multiple platforms.
• Ability to design and execute content strategies that support the company’s marketing goals.
• Strong communication and writing capabilities to produce clear, captivating, and consistent messaging aligned with the brand voice.
• Practical experience utilizing social media analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
• Knowledge or background in fashion or the apparel industry, especially related to baby wear or knitwear, is advantageous.
• Capability to work onsite in Coimbatore, efficiently collaborating with different departments while managing various projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Fashion Management is required.
