Role Overview
The Shopify Specialist role is a full-time position based on-site in Islāmābād, Pakistan. Responsibilities include managing and enhancing the company's Shopify e-commerce store by overseeing product listings, organizing collections, and maintaining effective merchandising. Daily functions encompass updating product details, tracking inventory levels, ensuring pricing accuracy, and delivering an appealing and easy-to-navigate storefront. The position also requires resolving Shopify platform issues, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams on promotional activities, and refining the customer buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store including product listings, collections, and site merchandising.
- Update product information and oversee inventory monitoring.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and maintain user-friendly storefront design.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues on Shopify.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.
- Analyze store metrics to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
- Implement best practices to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Shopify platform management including themes, apps, and store configuration.
- Experience in e-commerce operations such as inventory updating and order processing coordination.
- Basic web content skills including HTML/CSS for storefront customization.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts like conversion optimization, SEO for product pages, and promotional setups.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret store performance and recommend enhancements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and detail orientation skills.
- Able to work onsite in Islāmābād and collaborate effectively within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
- Preferably holds a diploma or degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines.
