About the Role

We are seeking a committed Assistant Restaurant Manager and Shift Incharge to oversee daily operations within our establishment. This position requires at least two years of experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Food & Beverage, or Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily functions of the restaurant ensuring efficiency and smooth operations.
Drive and inspire the team towards meeting sales goals and delivering excellent service.
Maintain stringent adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and brand quality standards.
Address customer issues promptly to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction.
Manage inventory control, supervise cash handling, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Assist with hiring, staff training, and fostering team skill development.
Adapt to working in alternating day and night shifts as required.
