Service Driver - Southampton

About the Role

We are seeking a Service Driver to join our Southampton-based team at the Fareham branch. This full-time position involves traveling to various customer locations to maintain washroom hygiene products such as feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training will be provided. If you enjoy driving, managing your own schedule, and delivering outstanding customer care, this could be your ideal role.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload hygiene units and floor mats requiring physical fitness for the tasks
• Maintain safe vehicle operation by driving responsibly and adhering to company driving guidelines
• Deliver high-quality customer service while presenting a professional demeanor at all times

Skills and Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving licence held for at least two years with fewer than six penalty points
• Exemplary communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to adapt working hours to meet business demands
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach
• Commitment to quality and taking pride in your work
• Potential to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check based on role requirements

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual basic salary starting at 326 per month, with expected total earnings around 329 per month including bonuses and commissions
• Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and uniform provided
• Relocation assistance up to 3,000 for candidates moving over two hours away
• Standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday, with the option to work up to 48 hours for increased pay
