Position Overview

We are searching for a seasoned Store Manager to oversee daily activities at our Leica boutique located in Singapore. This role demands a leader who prioritizes customer satisfaction, drives sales, and manages store operations efficiently while spearheading a motivated team.

Core Duties

• Supervise and manage daily retail boutique operations.
• Lead, inspire, and train the retail staff to deliver outstanding sales and service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate lasting customer loyalty.
• Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and uphold merchandising excellence.
• Ensure compliance with operational protocols, policies, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Evaluate sales metrics and formulate strategies to boost business growth.
• Maintain impeccable store appearance and uphold brand integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of verified experience in Store Management, including leadership, team development, and operational administration.
• Background in managing retail outlets for premium or luxury brands, ideally within consumer electronics, photography, or optics sectors.
• Strong customer service orientation with a capacity to create a premium and personalized retail experience.
• Expertise in Retail Loss Prevention, encompassing security compliance, stock oversight, and shrinkage reduction.
• Proven track record in sales focus, KPI analysis, revenue generation, and execution of strategic plans.
• Excellent communication aptitudes for customer engagement, employee coaching, and liaising with regional and global teams.
• Familiarity with POS technologies and basic office applications such as Excel; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is advantageous.
• Willingness and availability to work full time on-site in Singapore, including weekends and retail hours, actively participating on the sales floor.
• Preferably holds a diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline.
