Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will spearhead the development and execution of new systems, tools, and business processes to support INFUSE's growth ambitions. This leader will meld strategic business insight with technical product development to transform broad goals into tangible outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership and department teams to establish a clear vision for new product initiatives that deliver strategic business value.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans aligned with both technical capabilities and business priorities.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, deployment, integration, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and engineering teams to maintain alignment and transparency throughout project phases.
• Evaluate existing workflows to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions.
• Engage cross-functionally with analysts, designers, and developers while independently managing specialized projects or product phases when required.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing products or projects in dynamic digital or technology-focused environments, with proven delivery success.
• Expertise in analyzing, optimizing, and digitally transforming business processes.
• A strong analytical approach backed by data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of when to develop in-house solutions versus alternative approaches.
• Hands-on experience implementing automation to enhance process efficiency.
• Familiarity with no-code and low-code platforms to support early prototype development and validation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to synchronize stakeholder expectations.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and adept at remote collaboration across multiple time zones.
• Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Additional background in business analysis is advantageous.

Hiring Process
