Role Overview
We are expanding rapidly nationwide and seek like-minded professionals passionate about health to join us. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will blend traditional physiotherapy with education on the benefits of strength training to prevent injuries and improve long-term health. This position offers a clearly defined leadership track and the opportunity to make meaningful impacts on clients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor your team, embracing leadership tasks beyond clinical duties with opportunities for progression.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Exercise Physiologists and Scientists who value movement and health.
- Treat a diverse range of clients including athletes and injury recovery patients, making significant positive differences.
- Utilize nonclinical hours for team growth, strategic planning, and leadership development.
- Employ measurable tools such as strength testing to inform evidence-based treatment decisions.
- Educate clients on how strength training contributes to sustained health improvements alongside standard physiotherapy methods.
- Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment and diagnostic technologies to maximize treatment outcomes.
- Foster professional relationships with external referrers to grow the clinic's network.
- Deliver care consistent with Kieser's dedication to scientific approaches and exceptional service.
- Participate in structured leadership development programs and professional growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree recognized by AHPRA.
- Current valid registration with AHPRA.
- Legal working rights in Australia.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience, preferably in private practice.
