Role Summary

This role involves globally coordinating and training the Vision Process PTM (Project Technical Manager) function to ensure uniform application of Industrial Project Management practices, particularly for projects rolled out across multiple production facilities. The position fosters effective engineering collaboration between multi-site project activities and the Vision Development Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead industrial delivery of P2/P1/P10 projects coordinating with specific site project teams, managing scope, timelines, costs, and risks through the Process PTM portfolio team.
• Support Industrial definition at Design Review 0 milestone by estimating resources and equipment needs.
• Manage and organize a team of Process Project members to ensure compliant project delivery (including processes such as CLEAN, IProM, STR).
• Plan medium-term requirements for the portfolio team.
• Oversee deployment and compliance of process engineering tools within the portfolio team.
• Conduct training on new standards and tools and verify their implementation in projects.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
• Set and manage budget targets for the portfolio, including reviewing and approving project budgets.
• Coordinate cost-saving actions for portfolio projects.
• Monitor project schedules and milestones closely.
• Promote a collaborative teamwork culture within the PTM team and across organizational functions.
• Implement lessons learned and best practices within the Process PTM team.
• Create and maintain a high-level portfolio dashboard for senior management communications.
• Provide technical guidance during RFI/RFQ/CAA processes.
• Ensure close collaboration with production site teams for process delivery.
• Establish clear communications for multi-site projects within the Process PTM function.
• Plan headcount and budget in coordination with R&D, finance, and site/activity managers.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Project Management certification is required.

Professional Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in methods, process, manufacturing engineering management, or industrial project management.

Position Details

• Role typically held at Process or Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Director level.
• Part of the Platform Cluster Department.
• Permanent full-time contract (CDI).
