Role Overview
We invite experienced designers to join us as a Senior Graphic Designer within our dynamic Marketing team based in Melbourne, Australia. This fixed-term position offers an excellent chance to expand your marketing career working with a global leader in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce polished, brand-consistent creative assets across multiple platforms, including point-of-sale materials, digital and social media, FMCG packaging, and websites.
- Manage design projects from initial briefing and ideation through to final delivery.
- Create motion graphics and animated visuals to support digital campaigns where necessary.
- Apply expertise in print, digital, and package production to ensure outputs are appropriate for their channels.
- Utilize Monday.com for workflow organization, balancing multiple tasks, stakeholder demands, and deadlines efficiently.
- Adapt effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining superior creative standards.
- Provide mentoring and daily guidance to junior designers to foster skill development and uphold quality.
- Enhance team output through constructive feedback and leadership.
- Collaborate extensively with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other departments to produce cohesive creative solutions.
- Maintain brand assets systematically within a Digital Asset Management system.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of retail and out-of-home advertising environments to tailor creative accordingly.
- Handle feedback and shifting briefs decisively, maintaining clarity and creative integrity.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least three years of experience in a senior graphic design capacity.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Working familiarity with motion and animation software, notably After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience using Figma and tools for design automation.
- Comprehensive understanding of print, digital media, and packaging design with an ability to create appropriate, format-specific work.
- Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience mentoring junior design staff.
- Ability to effectively incorporate feedback and manage projects involving many collaborators while sustaining creative momentum.
