Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Designer, you will craft premium-quality design solutions grounded in user needs and solid design principles. You will champion user-centered design and design thinking approaches. Your role includes mentoring teammates, continuously exploring new design methodologies, and collaborating with skilled professionals to foster mutual growth.

Essential Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in design within an agency setting.
• Proven track record managing projects end-to-end, from wireframe sketches through to full eCommerce experiences.
• Skilled in producing high-quality designs optimized for diverse devices including mobile phones, tablets, and desktops.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma design software.
• Strong capability to interpret client briefs and business challenges, ask insightful questions, analyze and communicate research findings, and iterate toward effective design solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by making sound decisions, even under tight deadlines.
• Experience designing accessible user interfaces meeting relevant standards.
• Familiarity with operating design systems and structured design frameworks.
