Role Overview

The Senior Deploy Analyst for Make Quality Management (QM) will play a crucial role in the global rollout of Quality Management capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program. This position ensures seamless integration with NextGen QS to support real-time control and disposition of non-conforming materials across Source, Make, and Deliver processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of quality processes covering release management, laboratory testing, manufacturing batch record review, and packaging artwork key date control.
  • Enable Global Batch Traceability through a unified ERP system with preparations for future integration of Batch Record Hub and Global Batch Traceability platforms.
  • Establish and manage batch determination rules to ensure compliant batch usage for internal operations and customer shipments.
  • Provide senior functional leadership to Quality Management SMEs and analysts including workload management, prioritization, and delivery quality control.
  • Serve as the primary point of functional escalation on Quality Management topics during the Transcend program.
  • Support solution validation with Global Template Owners, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory teams.
  • Oversee functional testing, validation, and hypercare activities aligned with GxP and Computer System Validation standards.
  • Address and resolve Quality Management issues while incorporating lessons learned into continuous improvement of the global template.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial Execution, IT, Validation, and Quality Assurance functions to ensure integrated quality processes.
  • Coordinate with system integrators and satellite system owners ensuring compliant and auditable system integrations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in Quality Management within GxP-regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management modules including batch management, inspection, non-conformance processing, and release workflows.
  • Proven track record in SAP implementations compliant with Computer System Validation and regulatory inspections.
  • Preferred experience with integrations to Quality satellite systems such as NextGen QS, LIMS, or electronic batch record solutions.
  • Familiarity with Global Batch Traceability and Batch Record Hub initiatives is advantageous.
  • Previous participation in global ERP transformations in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industries.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay in Belgium ranges between 79,600 and 143,500. In addition, the role offers an annual bonus tied to performance, comprehensive leave policies including parental and caregiver leaves, well-being reimbursements, and access to various insurance plans subject to regional terms.
