Senior Business Continuity Analyst

About the Role

Join a major global maritime and feeder solutions company as a Senior Analyst specializing in Business Continuity. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to lead significant, company-wide process improvement projects that enhance business continuity and operational resilience. You'll collaborate across departments including IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Trade, and Fleet Management to assess and enhance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive documentation of current business processes using tools such as Miro, Visio, and flowchart software.
• Examine workflows and data backup procedures to discover bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Perform root cause analyses and develop actionable, sustainable solutions for operational challenges.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build consensus for improvements.
• Assist with implementing new processes, managing change, and training employees accordingly.
• Ensure all process maps, procedures, and business continuity plans are accurately maintained.
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and thoughtfully question existing workflows when needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in business process management, analysis, or consulting roles.
• Proven expertise in process mapping and refining workflows.
• Experience in business continuity planning is strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail for managing deadlines.
• Proficiency with process documentation tools like Miro or Visio and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Confident in diplomatically influencing stakeholders and improving existing processes.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Central Singapore, with convenient access to MRT stations.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Compensation: Up to SGD 6,700 monthly plus an attractive variable bonus.
