Seller Support Executive

Role Overview

Join Startek as a Seller Support Executive responsible for addressing seller inquiries related to Flipkart's CT process through multiple communication channels including calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently resolve seller concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Handle order-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain thorough records of calls and case progress, complying with quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Strong verbal and written command of English and Hindi.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
• Availability to work 24/7 on rotational shifts, comprising 9 hours per day (8 hours productive work plus 1 hour break).
• Willingness to work six days a week, with one rotating weekly off.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training including certification.

Selection Procedure

• Initial HR Assessment and Aptiverse testing.
• Operations evaluation phase.
• Final client evaluation stage.

Compensation and Employment Details

• Monthly compensation ranges from 18,500 to 21,000 INR CTC.
• Full-time role based at the office location.
