Overview
Joining Hilton as a Security Supervisor means becoming an essential part of creating outstanding hospitality experiences. In this role, you will ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by maintaining vigilant oversight of the hotel premises and leading your security team with dedication and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular security patrols across both interior and exterior areas of the hotel to detect and mitigate any potential security hazards or risks.
- Coordinate and assist during emergency situations including fires, medical incidents, and other security threats to ensure swift and effective response.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Security Guards and Officers by scheduling, training, and providing guidance to maintain exemplary security standards.
- Carry out initial investigations of any incidents, documenting findings accurately and preparing detailed reports.
- Promote and enforce adherence to workplace safety protocols within the security team and the broader hotel staff.
- Step in to perform security officer duties whenever necessary to provide continuous coverage and support.
