Sales Support to General Manager

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the General Manager in enhancing sales administration, client engagement, and operational efficiency at Alliance Media, a billboard and airport advertising company located in Port Louis, Mauritius.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with sales administration and overseeing client management activities.
• Administer and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information is maintained.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance.
• Follow up on outstanding debtor balances and aid in account reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate client requests to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Organize the General Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle various administrative tasks.
• Obtain supplier quotations and support procurement functions.
• Contribute to CAPEX cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reconciliation tasks.
• Support advertising operations and assist in business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Sales, Administration or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in Sales Support or administrative roles.
• Proficiency with CRM software and expertise in Power BI for reporting.
• Strong communication skills combined with well-developed organizational capabilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
• Experience in advertising, out-of-home (OOH) media, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
