Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for actively driving residential property sales and meeting your sales targets. You will be central to customer engagement, representing the company professionally, reliably, and results-oriented in client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential property sales and achieve assigned sales goals
- Present housing projects, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate closely with the sales director and team members
- Contribute to product development from the customer perspective
- Maintain sales reporting and manage your own activities effectively
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years' experience in residential property sales with demonstrated results
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced organization with high ambitions and a drive for results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Finnish and English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Meticulous and careful, even under pressure
- Team player attitude with willingness to support colleagues
- Reliability and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Curious, eager to learn continuously, resilient in a dynamic environment

Work Environment

Team Structure
You will be part of the Greater Helsinki area team and report to the regional sales director. The team values collaboration, a learning mindset, and mutual sparring.
