Key Duties

• Engage assigned leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels to grasp client needs and business requirements.
• Professionally showcase company services and suggest appropriate solutions tailored to client demands.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales by delivering accurate information, timely advice, and thorough consultation.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with potential clients to boost conversion rates and sustain a productive sales pipeline.
• Develop and nurture strong bonds with new and existing customers to guarantee satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing aligned with company policies, managing the sales cycle through deal closure.
• Keep meticulous records of customer communications, follow-ups, lead statuses, and sales progress within CRM or management platforms.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and superior customer experience.
• Address customer inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt and clear communication throughout the sales process.
• Meet monthly sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators set by management.
• Submit regular sales performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly to the reporting manager.
• Stay informed on company offerings, industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to uncover new business potentials.
