Your Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales prospects by delivering both sales and technical support and clearly communicating Cohesity’s technology benefits to business and technical stakeholders.
• Assist customers with the integration of Cohesity products into their production environments, ensuring smooth and effective operation tailored to their requirements.
• Formulate and drive the secondary storage technology strategy for major clients and partners, positioning Cohesity as the leading solution provider in the marketplace.
• Promote the company vision by conducting dynamic product demos, workshops, preparing white papers, and proposals.
• Assess customer requirements and develop proof of concept projects to demonstrate the value and functionality of Cohesity’s offerings.
• Act as a liaison to product management by providing field insights and relaying customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.
• Manage projects and deliver post-sales technical support to maintain customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years’ experience collaborating with clients and technology partners to build strong relationships and achieve business success.
• Proven background in selling and deploying Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or virtual infrastructure software.
• Confidence in engaging with multiple key decision-makers to advance proposals and secure deals.
• Excellent presentation skills to convey technical and commercial concepts effectively to audiences of diverse sizes.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities allowing for clear, concise, and effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and able to independently manage responsibilities in a remote work setting.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill job requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
