About the role

The Sales Assistant should bring a customer-first mindset and enjoy creating a welcoming, enjoyable shopping experience. The role suits someone who performs well in a busy, sales-focused environment and values being part of a team that supports growth and development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, high-quality service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Handle cash transactions and EFTPOS accurately and responsibly.
• Develop and keep up-to-date product knowledge across all areas of the business.
• Maintain strong store presentation standards, including merchandising support.
• Work towards sales budgets, targets, and key performance indicators.
• Support stock control processes and help maintain product quality.
• Operate in line with national legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and security procedures.

• A cheerful, approachable, and energetic personality.
• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to obtain a valid Police Check Report if successful at interview stage.
