Key Responsibilities

• Represent Fedcap and the Restart Scheme, advocating for the benefits of long-term employment for both local businesses and candidates.
• Deliver customized recruitment services to employers, including candidate preparation and adjusting strategies to fit each company’s unique requirements.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with local employers and initiatives to maintain a robust portfolio of active vacancies.
• Empower clients by enhancing their confidence, skillsets, and job readiness, guiding them through interview preparation and job transition.
• Actively promote candidates to employers and seek out new employment opportunities.
• Consistently meet performance goals by providing outstanding service quality.
• Mentor small candidate groups, fostering independent and effective job search skills.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated dedication to values of kindness, respect, integrity, and innovation.
• Background in business development, recruitment, sales, or account management, with success in target-driven environments.
• Experience delivering customer-focused services.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling rapport building, motivation, and empowerment of individuals.
• Proactive mindset with creative problem-solving skills and adaptive approaches to employer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with local and regional labour markets.
• Understanding of employment laws and safeguarding guidelines.

Salary

The starting salary for this role ranges between £30,000 and £32,000 annually.
