Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Associate position is a full-time, on-premise opportunity located in the Mohali district. The role entails identifying prospective clients, including hotels, schools, and industrial customers, showcasing Sunshine Laundry’s offerings, and steering the sales process from lead development through deal closure. The associate will also contribute to marketing efforts, including local campaigns and client communications, while keeping detailed records of leads, proposals, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with operations to fulfill service commitments.
• Collect client feedback to enhance services and develop reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
• Support preparation and delivery of training materials related to sales and customer service delivery.
• Manage sales pipeline effectively and assist with promotional initiatives targeting the local market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, for engaging clients and collaborating internally.
• Strong customer service competencies to manage inquiries, expectations, and nurture ongoing client relationships.
