Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant within the Housekeeping team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous room cleaning and attention to detail. Your role transcends physical cleaning duties, involving strong team collaboration and guest support to ensure memorable stays marked by outstanding hospitality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of guest rooms thoroughly, including linen changes, bathroom sanitization, and surface cleaning to produce a flawless first impression.
• Operate strictly within company standards to maintain impeccable cleanliness and service quality.
• Organize and replenish housekeeping trolleys regularly to keep work equipment prepared and orderly.
• Handle cleaning agents responsibly, adhering to all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times, reinforcing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to assure flawless guest room conditions.

Experience and Skills Required

• Prior experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, offering a warm and inviting presence for guests and teammates.
• Strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in delivering quality work.
• Physical capability to move between multiple rooms, including use of staircases and open pathways.
• A team player with appreciation for a diverse workforce.
• Reliable transport and availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
