About the Role

NeoManav Robotics Private Limited, a Bangalore-based deep-tech startup focused on humanoid robotics for industrial and manufacturing sectors, is seeking Robot Pilots to operate advanced humanoid robots using VR headsets and motion capture technologies. This full-time position provides a unique opportunity to engage directly with cutting-edge robotics systems and contribute to industrial automation advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Control humanoid robots through immersive VR and motion-capture tools to execute real-time industrial tasks.
• Generate valuable training datasets that enhance robotic intelligence and performance.
• Maintain accuracy, coordination, and consistent operation during teleoperated tasks.
• Offer operational feedback to assist in refining robotic systems.
• Work in collaboration with the robotics team during testing and task delivery.
• Adhere strictly to operational and safety protocols associated with robot handling.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed education in Mechanical Engineering.
• No prior experience required; enthusiasm for robotics and VR technologies is essential.

Work Environment and Hiring Process

• Work on-site at Electronic City, Bangalore with access to robotics labs, office spaces, and manufacturing plants for testing and deployment.
• Follow a 9-hour shift schedule, 5 days per week.
• Selection includes an online aptitude test followed by hands-on training in the lab.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging between ₹3,50,000 and ₹6,00,000, with additional incentives.
• Informal dress code and a 5-day workweek.
