What this role involves

• Take charge of the shift and keep the customer area running smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, serving customers, driving sales, and making sure guests have a positive experience.
• Support and motivate the team while staying hands-on with till work, hot and cold drinks, packing products, and presenting the display cabinet well.
• Handle stock checks, end-of-week tasks, team recruitment support, and day-to-day operational follow-up.
• Cover the store confidently when the manager is unavailable and keep the business moving in the right direction.

This is a full-time, onsite retail position in Dublin Plaza. The advertised pay rate is €14.85. The store opening hours are Monday 09:00-21:00, Tuesday 08:00-21:00, Wednesday 09:00-21:00, Thursday 09:00-22:00, Friday 09:00-00:00, Saturday 09:00-23:00, and Sunday 09:00-21:00.
