Position Overview

This role involves supporting daily store activities with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring outstanding store presentation standards. Candidates will help create an enjoyable shopping atmosphere and maintain smooth operational flow within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Be highly present on the sales floor, engaging customers personally, assisting with inquiries, and promptly addressing concerns.
• Manage product replenishment focusing especially on essential items and fresh foods, ensuring stock quality, correct rotation, and appealing presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to keep daily store activities organized, including cleanliness and overall store orderliness.
• Adhere to safety procedures, identify and report hazards, and comply with company policies and applicable legal standards.
