Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance shoppers' experiences.
• Assist with daily operational tasks to meet customers' needs promptly.
• Maintain attractive store presentation to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Be a proactive member of the team collaboration "Swarm" to ensure smooth operations, store upkeep, and organization.
• Maintain high product availability focusing on essential and fresh items, ensuring quality standards, proper stock rotation, and presentation are upheld.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, detect and report hazards, and follow company and legal compliance requirements.

Working Hours

Typical shift pattern involves working from 3:30 PM to midnight on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
