Overview

Our client seeks a dependable and meticulous Cleaner to perform cleaning services at residential rental properties. Tasks include move-in and move-out cleans, rental turnover cleaning, and preparing properties to be ready for photos, showings, inspections, and move-in processes.

The company manages residential rental properties by supporting property owners, tenants, and internal teams through leasing, maintenance coordination, inspections, and ongoing property management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Attend rental residences for scheduled cleaning appointments and turnover services.
Conduct comprehensive residential cleaning following company quality standards.
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, appliances, floors, surfaces, cabinets, fixtures, and other areas.
Remove dust, debris, garbage, and any leftover items as needed.
Wipe down surfaces including counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and frequently touched areas.
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and ensure appliance interiors (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer) are cleaned as required.
Identify areas needing additional attention such as repairs, junk removal, maintenance, or follow-up.
Capture clear before-and-after photographs and videos of cleaned properties.
Provide detailed updates, notes, and media documentation after each visit.
Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, prospective tenants, and internal teams.
Comply with cleaning checklists, appointment details, access instructions, and company protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning roles such as housekeeper, residential cleaner, or cleaning contractor.
Strong understanding of residential cleaning standards.
Reliable transportation to travel independently between properties.
Own necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for appointments.
Possess a smartphone with a quality camera (iPhone 13 or equivalent) for documenting work.
Capable of taking clear photos and videos and submitting detailed notes after each cleaning.
Ability to work effectively without supervision.
Professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and property access information.
Effective and respectful communication with all stakeholders including owners and tenants.

Preferred Experience

Prior move-in/move-out or rental turnover cleaning experience.
Experience preparing properties for photos, showings, inspections, or move-in readiness.
Skill in identifying damage, maintenance needs, junk removal, pest issues, access concerns, or unsafe conditions.
Experience working independently in the field within property management, leasing, cleaning, or home services environments.
