Reservations Agent

About the Role

We are inviting an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to become part of our dedicated team at Slieve Russell Hotel Golf & Country Club. This position involves managing both telephone and email booking enquiries for hotel bedrooms, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential in fulfilling the daily responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls related to hotel bedroom reservations promptly and professionally.
• Enter hotel booking information accurately into various hotel management systems.
• Respond to email enquiries regarding hotel availability and facilities within a timely manner.
• Handle daily administrative tasks necessary for smooth operations.
• Proactively promote and sell hotel bedrooms aiming to maximize additional spending opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively as a member of the team to support hotel operations.

Working Hours

The role operates on a shift basis, typically between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM, including one weekend per month after completion of training.
