Reservation Agent with Nightclub Experience

About the Role

Vibz Night Club is looking to hire a Reservation Agent skilled in managing table bookings, VIP reservations, and guest interactions. This role demands a dynamic individual who thrives in nightlife or restaurant environments and is dedicated to providing outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all table reservations via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person requests.
• Coordinate VIP bookings, ensuring guest requests are precisely logged and communicated to the operational staff.
• Promote and upsell VIP tables to increase revenue.
• Maintain a well-organized reservation system and an accurate database of guests.
• Confirm bookings and follow up with guests prior to their visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with recurring guests and VIP clientele.

Candidate Requirements

• Ready to join immediately.
• Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in nightclubs; restaurant reservation experience is also welcome.
• Proficient in managing reservations across various channels including WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
• Neatly presented with a professional demeanor and a customer-focused approach.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from AED 3,500 to AED 5,000, dependent on prior experience.
