This role involves conducting detailed market research, promoting company products through cross-selling and upselling, and leveraging technology for efficient client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients over the long term to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Promote additional company products to existing clients via effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiently for client data management and communication.
• Identify new client acquisition prospects and assist in expanding company market presence.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and customer relationship management software.
• Experience or skills in client acquisition, market development, business negotiation, and direct sales would be advantageous.

Additional Information

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 500000 to 700000 INR annually. Candidates should be prepared to work onsite in Mumbai.
