Role Overview
The position available is for a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager within the direct sales channel of a renowned life insurance company.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive and achieve individual sales targets for the company’s insurance products.
- Engage with potential clients either at their workplace or branch offices to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers by consistently meeting and communicating with them.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer portfolio through follow-ups and excellent service.
- Effectively convert company-provided sales leads into confirmed sales.
