Relationship Manager

About the Role

This full-time position is an on-roll opportunity within the banking sector. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing banca sales through the assigned bank, efficiently resolving customer queries, closing leads provided by the bank, handling walk-in customers, and promoting cross-selling of banking products.

Responsibilities

• Manage banca sales operations for the designated bank.
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Convert leads supplied by the bank into sales.
• Attend to and assist walk-in clients effectively.
• Promote and cross-sell various banking products to customers.

Requirements

• Must hold a graduation degree.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary in the range of 25000 to 30000 INR.
